About the Indiramma Housing Scheme 2024
The Indiramma Housing Scheme was launched by the Telangana government as part of its 6 promises. The scheme envisages providing financial assistance for the construction of houses to poor and low-income families who do not have permanent houses. Through this scheme, an amount of INR 5.00 lakh will be granted to each eligible beneficiary to construct a house. Landless families will be provided with a piece of land and financial assistance of INR 5.00 lakh, both for the construction of a house. The amount of benefits will be provided in 4 installments in a phase-wise construction development of the house. The amount of benefits will be transferred to the bank account of the woman head of the beneficiary family.

- After you reach the home page, click on the Beneficiary Search option to proceed further.
- A new page will reflect on your screen.
- On this page, provide your beneficiary ID, select your district, mandal, village, and caste, and click on the Go button.
- You can also proceed with the advance search facility to search your status in the scheme.
- For this purpose, click on the Advance Search option available on the page.
- On the next screen, select the report type, select scheme, i.e., Indiramma Rural or Indiramma Urban.
- Fill in all the mandatory details and select other information from the drop-downs, and click on the Search button to proceed.

Benefits of Indiramma Housing Scheme
- Financial assistance of INR 5.00 lakh will be granted to each eligible beneficiary.
- The amount of benefit will be provided in four installments, viz., Rs 1.00 lakh for the foundation, Rs. 1.00 lakh after the completion of the foundation, Rs 1.25 lakh for slab-level construction, and Rs 1.75 lakh after the completion of the house.
- The amount of benefit will be credited to the bank account of the woman head of the family.
- A house not less than 400 square feet will have to be constructed through these funds.
