Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana aims to provide free healthcare facilities to government employees and pensioners in Assam. The main objective of this scheme is to reduce the burden of financial expenditures incurred by state employees and pensioners on health. The scheme provides a shield of INR 5.00 lakhs for employees and their family members and dependents. Health insurance coverage is offered to all the working employees who are serving across departments under the Assam Government and to those who have already retired under pensioner category. More than 5 lakh serving employees and thousands of pensioners will get benefits of the Assam Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana. - All the employees and pensioners are requested to visit the official MMLSAY website first and reach the home screen of the website.
- On the home page tap on the Click Here option found under the Beneficiary Login/Registration tab.
- Now select the employment type from the drop-down options such as (1) employee and (2) pensioner, as per your status and enter some the asked details.
- Applicants are required to provide details of the following documents for validation and further actions.

- GPF Number
- PPO Number
- Now provide the selected document detail, enter your mobile number and click Proceed.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which you have to enter in the designated field and click Proceed.
- Now you will land on your profile dashboard where your name and member ID will be generated.
- Next you are required to validate your Aadhar.
- For this purpose scroll the page a little bit and you will see the Aadhar Validation option.
- Enter your Aadhar number in the designated field and click on the Get OTP option.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and proceed further by clicking the Validate Aadhar button.

- For the first visit the official website of Mukhya Mantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana and login to your profile using your login account credentials.
- Next select your status as an employee or pensioner.
- Select one of the documents from the drop-down and provide details of it.
- Enter your mobile number, provide OTP and click on the Proceed option.
- You will land on the home page of your profile dashboard.
