Subhadra Scheme was launched in the state of Odisha. The scheme was formally launched on 17th of September 2024 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of his 74th birthday. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant is permanently residing in the state of Odisha.

- One can apply even if not covered under NFSA or SFSA provided that her family income is not more than INR 2.5 lakh.

Exclusions
Women belonging to one of the following families or being herself as one of the following will not be eligible to apply for Subhadra Yojana.
- Those already receiving Rs.1500 per month or more or Rs.18,000 per annum or more under any other State or Central Government Scheme.
- A current or former Member of Parliament (MP) or Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA).
- An Income Tax Payee.
- An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj Institution (excluding Ward Member / Councillor).
- Government Pensioners.
- An elected / nominated / appointed representative in any Government Department or Undertaking or Board or Organization of Government of India or State Government.
- An owner of a 4-wheeler Motor Vehicle except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles and other similar light goods vehicles.
- Women or family owning more than 5 acres of irrigated land or 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
