UP Ration Card: Apply Online 2025
- Citizens should visit the eSathi Portal of the Uttar Pradesh government and create an account first.
- For this purpose they should reach the home screen of the eSathi Portal and click on the New User Registration option to proceed further.
- The online registration page will open on the screen in which they have to enter all the necessary information such as name, dob, address, mobile number, email ID, etc.
- After they complete the above step then fill in the Captcha code and proceed with the option Save.
- The account will be created successfully and the citizen will receive a notification on the registered mobile phone containing login credentials.

- A reference number will be generated for which you have to printout after the successful submission of your online application.

- Visit the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of the Uttar Pradesh Government at https://fcs.up.gov.in/.
- After you reach the home screen of the website you should click on the Download Form option to download the application form for the ration card.
- You will reach a new page after performing the above step in which you have to select application forms for either a rural ration card or an urban ration card.
